UBUNTU HEART LEADERSHIP
A seasonal, transformative leadership experience for change makers, social impact leaders who want to lead and co-create the transition to a more sustainable and regenerative future.
What is UBUNTU?
The Ubuntu philosophy is a South African Indigenous belief system based on group solidarity, which is central to the survival of our planet and the human-race. It reminds us of the fundamental truth of interconnectedness that we are part of the ecosystems , “ I am because we are”.
How Does it Work?
We use different psycho-corporal tools and indigenous technologies, to help you connect with your authentic being , your power, vision and transition to a global citizen. We will co-create and collaborate together to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values necessary to shape a regenerative future.
How Are Workshops Designed?
The workshop is highly interactive, including open heart exercises, group conversations, listening and writing activities. It is also an opportunity for a deep reconnection with nature, together we create a sacred space of self-inquiry, deep-understanding of our place in the ecosystem.
